The charming luxury boutique hotel – Narendra Bhawan was once the modest residence of the last reigning Maharaja of Bikaner – His Highness Maharaja Narendra Singh . The MRS Group has a done a brilliant job of redesigning and rebuilding the original residence.

Courtyard

The quirky interiors are inspired by the life and travels of the Late Maharaja . The exquisite 80 plus rooms are a depiction of the different phases of the Maharaja’s life. The vibrant interiors and the eye to detail given is just immaculate. We loved the use of Portuguese tiles and terrazzo flooring. Every nook and cranny of Narendra Bhawan is tastefully decorated with memorable artefacts , some of which have been specifically created for Narendra Bhawan. The Bright red Piano with lyrics of Edith calligraphed on it deserves a special mention.

The grandiose welcome complete with a man playing the Bugle as you enter, makes you feel like royalty themselves. The Locally made Bela Sherbet (Jasmine cordial with lemon) is a very unique and delicious welcome drink.

Pearls and Chiffon is their elegant yet vintage feel restaurant that serves the most sumptuos food. They are happy to serve you in the courtyard , or by the infinity pool or the bar if you prefer being outdoors. The flavoursome dishes will blow you away. The Banarsi Chaat platter was very appetising and truly one-of-a-kind.
